The real estate market of vCards with a stock exchange that gives the values of the Digital Properties updated every week, will give a continuous return on its invested capital.
Just like in the MONOPOLY game, in CHO.earth you can have an Income given by the activities that are created and linked to vCards. The activities that can be created in CHO.earth are of different types:
EVENTS, create events on and off line by connecting them to your own vCards or to third party vCards recognizing a royalty% to the vCard Digital Owner.
PRODUCTS, as for events, you can directly sell your own services / products or host those of third parties in your vCard, here too earning a royalty% on sales that varies according to the level of completion of the vCard (8 Levels, from Basic to Platinum).
ADVERTISING, to earn you can host the promotion made by third parties in your vCard and ask for a fee that is calculated by default by the CHO.earth system based on the level of completion of the vCard (8 Levels, from Basic to Platinum) hosting the advertising.
In the CHO.earth system you can buy and sell Digital Properties of vCards by participating in an auction or by going to the CHO Marketplace.
Buy a vCard >
Public Auctions
They are the AUCTIONS of the vCards that are already in the CHO.earth system or those (Basic Level vCards) that the Creator Users choose not to keep and want to auction.
The Auction Base Price ($ABP) is the base value of the vCard lowered by default by $ 0.5.
The auctions are managed automatically by the CHO.earth system, have a window of 72 hours and the minimum raise for bids is 0.5 $.
Creator Users cannot purchase the vCards they have created in the marketplace or at auction, but they can decide to keep them at the time of creation. If they choose to keep the vCard, they pay the Digital Property Value calculated by the CHO.earth system based on market values.
Each purchase can be discounted by 5% if you enter the REFERRAL CODE of your friend / acquaintance who will receive in exchange a cashback of 5% of the purchase made.
To get a discount for each payment, a REFERRAL CODE must be entered.
In CHO.earth each vCard Creator User will always have recognized in the Public Auction 50% of the Award Value ($ VG) of the NFT Digital Property that he did not want to redeem and that he put up for auction.
The amount due will be credited to the Creator's Wallet in default by the CHO.earth system and will be available as cash that can be reinvested, redeemed or deposited into your Bank Account.
See how to do it here >
After the first auction experiment and the vCard can be awarded to a third user, but if this does not happen because it does not receive any raise, the vCard returns after 72 hours it will return by default to a second Experiment, but with a starting value more lower than that of the first Experiment of $ 0.50.
This continues until the vCard is awarded.
If the vCard shows no interest and no one raises, it will lose Value until it reaches a minimum value of € 0.50.
At this point the CHO.earth system automatically sends it to an “Opportunity Park” section of the CHO.earth Marketplace where, after another 72 hours, it can be purchased by Users.
It is always excluded from the purchase by the Creator who at this point also loses the possibility of grabbing the 50% share on the sale and loses the Credits acquired in the creation of the vCard both from the Wallet and from the Contactor of the “Treasure Chest” Profile.
Soon there will also be Private Auctions
They work like public auctions but are managed by users who choose the vCards to be auctioned with customized parameters, such as: Auction duration time; Auction Base Value ($ABV); Reserve Price ($ARP) and decide at the end of the auction if the vCard is not awarded whether to activate a second experiment or not.
At the end of the auction the vCard has a different market value. This value is the value at the end of the auction, so if it is awarded it can have a higher value than the starting value, but if it is not awarded the system lowers it by $ 0.5.
The CHO.earth system by default gives the Auction Base Value ($ VBA) reduced by 0.5 $ of the value of the vCard, but the user can choose to further lower it or to raise it (Maximum variation is +/- 20%).
The auction base price ($ABP) is the base value of the vCard reduced by $ 0.5.

Vote for the best CHO vCard and get a credit share that increases if you leave a review.
Two currencies, one decentralized system
In the CHO.earth system, the Wallet of each registered user manages two linked wallets, one in $ dollars (Tether USDT) and one in CHO Credits.
The user will load the CHO Wallet with the Dollars $ and then can use them without commission for the purchase in the CHO Marketplace or to participate in the guest events in the individual vCards, but also to buy the products in them sold by users.
For each action, the CHO.earth System rewards the activities of each User with CHO CREDITS and accumulates them in the Wallet.
For example, only the best performing CHO vCards (Visibility, Reviews, Events and Ratings) will receive an increase in the value of the CHO Digital Property as the CHO algorithm that manages the stock market, every Monday will give new values that will fluctuate in the time based on the activities done by all users.
The voting users who will make Reviews and give Votes to the vCards will be rewarded with a share in CHO Credits that they accumulate in their Wallet and will be able to spend them in the CREDITS section of the CHO Marketplace to buy visibility, services and GiftCards ...
Many other activities will be rewarded, over time the CHO.earth system will integrate ever new functions and opportunities.
For CITIZENS, the count of accumulated CHO CREDITS is very important because it will also give the possibility to increase the functionality of their profile by passing from one level to another.
Levels are identified in increasing steps of professionalism.
The more a user accumulates credits in the profile counter, the more active, experienced and professional he becomes.
From ZERO to 100 CHO Credits = new CITIZEN
101 to 1000 CHO Credits = Lead Citizen
1001 to 5000 Credits CHO = CITIZEN Moderator
5001 to 8000 credits CHO = CITIZEN Ambassador
From 8001 to 10,000 credits CHO = CITIZEN Councilor
From 10,000 Credits CHO = CITIZEN Governor
A few simple steps to use CHO Marketplace
If this is your first time participating in the vCard auction, you must first register with your email address and nationality information. Check your inbox to confirm the email address.
Before being able to participate in a CHO auction, it is necessary to register and activate the CHO wallet by uploading it via Paypal or a virtual coin wallet (Tether USDT).
Now you can click on CHO.earth Marketplace and select the vCard you want to buy, you can also select it from the map (you can zoom in or click on a point on the map or search for the place by entering the location name), then open the panel of bids by clicking on Init Auction or Place Place Bid.
Enter the amount you want to bid for and confirm by clicking on Place Bid.
After clicking on "Place Bid" a prompt from your wallet will ask for confirmation.
At this point you should see the auction allowance number with your User ID as the momentary winner of the Auction.
Wait until there is another raise and if within 72 hours of the start of the auction if no other user bids, you will be the Winner!
You will thus become the Digital Owner of the vCard NFT and the auction is "closed".
If someone raises, you will be notified that you are losing!
Another User will have to bid higher than yours to win ($ 0.50 is enough and you lost the auction), at this point you can “Raise” further or let the other user win!
Please note that 5 'before the auction closes, it will no longer be possible to raise.
To keep up to date you can always visit "My Assets" to check the status of your current vCard auction and your NFT Digital Properties.
When placing an auction bid, you will have the option of entering the amount you are willing to spend for that vCArd in the "Bid Limit" field.
At this point the “Bid Limit” value will only be visible to you, but the auction's CHO.earth system will automatically raise $ 0.50 steps for you up to the limit you have given.
The value of the "Offer Limit" may be that you do not spend it completely if no bids are made by other users. So your bid is limited to the last raise made by you.
If other users' bids exceed your "Bid Limit" you will lose the auction, but you can raise or put an additional "Bid Limit".
Please note that 5 'before the auction closes, it will no longer be possible to raise.
So the "Bid Limit" if done in an intelligent way, can make you win the auction, because the system blocks single bids but continues to do automatic bids until the winner is whoever has set the highest "Bid Limit".
