In emergency situations, we may report imminent threats of serious harm to law enforcement. Remember that online harassment is also illegal in many places and can have serious offline consequences for both the harasser and the victim.

Protect and respect the privacy of others
We want you to feel safe when you play on CHO.earth; for this reason we do not allow players to share or disseminate personal or confidential information without explicit permission. Such information includes credit card numbers, confidential national document numbers, account passwords, or anything that could put someone's privacy and security at risk.

Protect the children
We take the safety of minors very seriously. Do not use CHO.earth for activities that may harm minors, on or off the platform. This includes grooming behaviors such as:
- "Solicitation of minors" (for example, seeking the friendship of a minor online in order to obtain, both online and offline, sexual contact and / or an exchange of sexual images with the minor);
- "Sextortion" (for example, threatening or blackmailing a minor using real or alleged access to intimate images of minors);

Please note that these policies apply to all content shared through CHO.earth, even if you are not the original author.

If you find any content deemed inappropriate on CHO.earth, we encourage users to send us a report. If users find such content anywhere else on the Internet, they are encouraged to contact the competent authority for their country directly. If users believe that a child is in danger or has been the victim of ill-treatment, exploitation or human trafficking, they are encouraged to immediately contact the police.

Users can always block accounts from which they do not want to be contacted on CHO.earth.

Choose your CHO.earth name carefully and carry it with pride Certain types of language are not suitable for everyone. Don't use obscene, profane, or sexually explicit language or symbols in your name. If you wouldn't tell anyone in public, don't put it in your name.

Also, you are not allowed to send someone non-relevant content or links to the game whose purpose is to shock or disgust, including violent or gory content whose primary purpose is to be impressive or disrespectful. If the content is published within a journalistic, documentary, scientific, or artistic context, be sure to give everyone enough information to understand the reason for your sharing. In some cases, a content can be so violent or shocking that for no context-related reason that content can remain on our platform. Finally, don't encourage others to engage in specific acts of violence.

Respect the law
CHO.earth is a global platform and we do not tolerate illegal activities. This means that you cannot use the platform to engage in or promote dangerous or illegal actions, such as selling drugs, fraud or trafficking in human beings. Do not engage in unauthorized transactions such as logging into or attempting to log into another player's account without explicit permission. Do not transfer, sell or provide third parties with access to your accounts or name on CHO.earth. Do not attempt to use or share fraudulent methods to obtain subscriptions, games, gift cards, account credit, content or hardware.
Do not use CHO.earth for sales purposes only. This includes the sharing of content aimed at the sale or commercial promotion of content, products and services such as alcohol, gaming and betting, unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements, tobacco, fireworks, weapons or medical and electro-medical devices. In the event of complaints regarding content aimed at CHO.earth users in violation of applicable laws and regulations, we may decide to remove or apply limitations to the content or account in question. Be yourself

Accounts that steal the identity of another person or organization may be removed in accordance with our identity theft policies.

Respect the content and rights of other people and companies
Don't use anything that isn't yours without permission. When using CHO.earth, don't use anything that isn't yours. Do not use anyone's intellectual property without permission.

We do not allow copyright infringement. Additionally, content that encourages or induces infringement of intellectual property rights is not permitted. Use of multiple accounts to control, abuse or circumvent restrictions
Sometimes players want to log into CHO.earth using multiple Google Accounts, and in most cases this practice is accepted. However, you must not create or use duplicate or multiple Accounts to control, circumvent our policies, bypass blocks or otherwise subvert any restrictions applied to your account in CHO.earth.

Consequences
Your safety on CHO.earth is our top priority. Responses to violating our policies are diverse and may include:

The CHO.earth system assigning a name different from the name you created if it is inappropriate.

Temporary exclusions: If you violate our policies, we may send you a notice. Entry errors
The data entered incorrectly or does not comply with the guidelines present in the vCard compilation format, penalize the use of the information in the vCard and therefore users will be able to put negative reviews and give very low scores penalizing the Value of the Digital Property.
The CHO.earth system will find them both automatically and from the reports of the Moderators but also from cross-checks made by the CHO.earth editorial team.

Persistent and repeated errors: (multiple errors in 10 different vCards concentrated in a month) make the OASIS Team intervene, which can activate the Blocking procedure and lose all the Credits assigned and the points in the "Treasure Chest", losing all the Badges accumulate from the Profile.

Blocking the vCard
This penalty starts if the owner himself creates activities such as ghost events, created without a real development and / or in the absence of an invited audience in his vCard. (Must see rules for activities)

The block is triggered for increasing periods based on the number of irregular activities carried out in the vCard.
The blocking causes you to lose the Credits accumulated by the vCard over time and if the block is repeated over time, it can cause the loss of the Value of the Digital Property.

If the irregular activities are done by third party users, the vCard is not penalized, but the User author of the irregular activity is penalized by intervening with the penalties directly in the Profile. (Penalties equal to "Double vCard")
